Not receiving emails?

The two most common reasons for members and subscribers not receiving our emails are explained below, with suggested solutions.

Spam Filters

Email systems have a level of spam protection, and some are more aggressive than others. If you are using services including (but not limited to) hotmail, outlook, gmail - your emails may be filtered to the junk or spam folders.

The solution is to add SBWN as a trusted contact. Instructions are below - find your email system and follow the instructions.

Email Address Issues

The second is because our system may have deactivated your email due to repeated errors. Suggested steps include:

  • Check to see if your inbox is full.
  • Check to see if the email address on your profile is correct and up to date.
  • If using a work email, ensure your company allows our emails to pass through their security systems.
