One of my passions is interviewing people who have arrived in places they didn't expect which takes her across Australia on a journey of discovery and wonder. If someone had told your 16 year old self you would be where you are today, what would you have said OR done?

I work with organisations to make the most of the people in their teams. People are your business, they can make it fly or crash and burn. Investing in your people astutely makes for a happier workplace and a better bottom line.

I also work individuals helping them to get from where they are now to where they want to be next; a promotion, a new direction or just the most out of their career right here right now.
