Guest Speaker Alice Haemmerle
Learn from a Master trainer...
A singer entertains, you might think. A singer performs. Feels compelled to let others hear her voice. But I would tell you different. A singer connects, communicates and leads.
Alice Haemmerle is a classically trained singer with a Master’s Degree from the renowned Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY. Music was her voice, and her medium for connection, communication and leadership. It took her across the USA and Europe, where she sang in the most famous concert halls and auditoriums, and eventually in 1996 to Australia where she continued her career as a performer, teacher and educator.
It was this that first got Alice to look deeper into human behaviour and capability and how it determines the course of our lives, our successes and how we respond to life’s challenges.
Today Alice Haemmerle is the Founder and Leader of the Instant Insight Academy, a global training and influential leadership organization.
Alice has over 10,000 hours and 15 years of extensive coaching, presentation and training experience and has personally trained and worked with hundreds of individuals and companies providing Peak Performance Coaching, Executive Coaching, training and workshops throughout Australia. Her students are around the world and are making a positive impact in training, coaching and speaking.
Working closely with the nation’s top athletes has given her unique insights into what going beyond boundaries, holding up under pressure and exceeding what you previously thought possible really means. These insights gave Alice another one: aren’t these things exactly what we need to create better connections, communication and influential leadership?
Alice is a Master Trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and Hypnosis and a Co- creator of TCI Deep State Repatterning™ and has trained hundreds of coaches as NLP Practitioners, Master Practitioners and Trainers. She is a Certified Trainer of Quantum Reading™, a Certified Master Success and Peak Performance Coach, a Founding Member of the Australian Board of NLP and the Creator of the Instant Insight Communication Systems™ for Business/Leadership, Relationships, Sports and Sex Coaching.
Alice’s mission and abiding passion is to share with the world how improved human capabilities and influential leadership will shape our future.

About our venue...
Manna Gum at Broadbeach
Opened in April 2010, Manna-Gum is not only one of Gippsland's newest restaurants, but also one of its finest and has become a favourite for SBWN dinner events.
Greg and Sue Roylance have taken their knowledge, passion and expertise to the next level after previously running the much lauded Cafe Pajez in the heart of Inverloch. Perhaps best known as the former owners the Riverview hotel in Tarwin catering for up to 600 guests on any given night at the height of summer, Greg and Sue see Manna-Gum as the perfect place to combine their love of great food and wine without compromising on their first class service standards.
In the kitchen, Head Chef Michael can be best described as a chefs chef as his passion for creating and fusing different ingredients is first class. Michael came to Manna Gum from the acclaimed Bottega restaurant in Melbourne's CBD as a sea-changer and loves the fresh produce Gippsland has to offer.
Manna-Gum on Broadbeach is an SBWN favourite for very good reason.

Booking cancellations may occur up to 48 hrs prior to the event date. After that time money has been spent in order to cater for your place at the event and funds cannot be refunded. Thank you for your understanding.
