FEBRUARY EVENT

Marcus Pearce – Wellness Coach

In a former life Marcus Pearce was a workaholic journalist, radio and television producer. That past life included an obsession with AFL football, which led him to create The Run Home on Victorian all-sports station SEN 1116, and work as an associate producer at Channel Nine’s The Footy Show. That life also included years as a smoking, binge-drinking, overweight, pimply statistic-waiting-to-happen.

Marcus Pearce

The beginning of the revolution came when he met his now-wife Sarah, a wellness chiropractor. Embarking not just on a magnificent relationship but a complete lifestyle and philosophical change, Marcus began to slowly take away his least healthy habits and replace them with life-extending, empowering ones.

The transformation from an addicted smoker to extreme vegan (sometimes raw) and now back again to somewhere in the middle has taken him on an incredible journey where he’s met and worked with a range of leaders in the health and empowerment world including Tony Robbins, Dr John Demartini and Eddie McGuire.

Marcus is passionate about teaching people not to silently approve what we read in the papers and online, watch on TV and listen to on the radio. Instead, Marcus is about relentlessly challenging people to be their own person, their own “scientific researcher”, their own creator of health, so that they can live their life on their own terms and not someone else’s.

He resides in Inverloch with his wife Sarah and their two children, and he is the co-founder of Pure Wisdom Chiropractic and Lifestyle based in Wonthaggi. He is a co-founder and host along with Dr Damian Kristoff (regular Triple M guest) of the very popular show ‘100 Not Out’. He co-founded and hosted the amazing and enormously successful Wellness Summitt held at Crown Plaza in Melbourne in August 2013….

On Thursday 13th February, Marcus will be talking about 100 Not Out: Mastering the Art of Ageing Well. Do you want to know what the secret is to aging well? To live with quantity AND quality of life? To live independently, with vitality, vigour, energy, enthusiasm and complete love for your life? Marcus will discuss the scientific AND anecdotal principles of longevity, so that, with confidence you can make the rest of your life the best of your life

On Thursday 13th February he will talk about :

• How Arthritis, Blood Pressure, Cancer, Diabetes, Dementia & Heart Disease are all linked and what you can do to prevent and in many cases relieve, slow down and heal from them

• How people who are 100 not out actually LIVE

• What the people who are 100 not out EAT

• How people who are 100 not out MOVE

• How people who are 100 not out THINK

• And most importantly, How YOU can be one of them!

So don’t miss out on this life changing event!
